Which payment options do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods: PayPal, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Carte Bleue, Bank Transfer. We also offer many local methods like Klarna, Alipay, Giropay, So-fort, Bancontact, iDeal and many more. All payment options are completely safe; our security process complies with the highest standards.

How does Klarna work?

Why doesn’t my transaction work?

If your payment doesn’t work, it is often one of the following issues: your spending limit may be reached, or your card/account may need to be activated. Also, many credit cards are not set up by default to accept overseas transactions. Please feel free to complete the transaction using another payment method, or contact us as we will do our best to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. For any issues involving a credit card, a quick call to your bank or card issuer will often solve the problem straight away.

What is 3-D Secure?

Many credit cards now feature 3-D Secure. This is a password-based security feature, which functions in the same way as your pin code in online purchases. If your card features 3-D Secure, but you have not yet used it before, you will be prompted to create a password for it. Once this is completed, your transaction will be completed as usual. In case of any problems setting up 3-D Secure, please call your bank or card issuer to have them walk you through the setup process.

I did not complete my order, did you send me an email?

Yes, we did. If you click “place order”, but do not complete the payment for any reason our payment service provider will send you 2 emails, allowing you to finish your order. Do not worry, these emails are genuine and a safe way to complete your order. If you have decided not to buy anything with us, or if you have since then completed an order, you can kindly disregard them and you will not receive any more messages.
