What if there is something wrong with my backpack?
If there is anything wrong with your purchase, we take full responsibility. We offer a complete refund, including shipping costs and return shipping, in case of a product defect or any mistake on our part. Manufacturer’s warranty is 1 year. Please click here for our full policy.
What if I want to return my purchase?
That is no problem! We accept returns for any other reason whatsoever as long as the product is absolutely unused. Please contact us for instructions before proceeding.
Please mind that if there is no defect we offer a full refund including basic shipping, but not return shipping. The reason we don’t offer free returns is simple: free return shipping does not exist. Whenever you are offered free return shipping, it means you pay more on your purchase to cover returns from other customers, even if you hardly ever return a purchase yourself.
